Saint-Lo stallion show, GFE wins the Grand Match!
This week end was helding the 10th edition of the Normandy Stallion Show in Saint Lô.
140 stallions was presented and a new competition was organized the Saturday evening called “le Grand Match”.
7 teams of 3 stallions each was jumping in a nation cup class with two rounds and a jump off at the end in case of equality. The GFE team members, composed by UN DIAMANT DES FORETS, UP TO YOU and CONSUL DE LA VIE Z won. Tony Cadet riding Consul de la Vie, got the winning ruban in the jump off against Marlon Madolo Zanotelli on a Semilly stallion.
Our two 7 years old stallions were clear-round on 1 meter 40 indoor while CONSUL won on a 1 meter 50 class.
The breeding season is on the way and get off to a flying start for our 3 team members as well as CONTENDRO I, CORNET OBOLENSKY and KANNAN who was distinguished by the breeders for his #1 world stallion ranking.
